The complete
Pick-o-Mat has a centralized drive for all Pick Up picking-and-placing
robots (up to twelve modules) and a cam-controlled rotary indexing
table, which is independent of the drive.
All picking-and-placing
modules can be found on the stationary center piece of the rotary
indexing table. In this way, the entire outer area is available
for feed mechanisms and additional units.
An individual
optimization of both drive systems and a simple adjusting mode
can be realized.
The picture
is rounded off by a robust basic machine body (round or angular)
with integrated switch cabinets or, alternatively, a protective
housing, which has been adapted to the mounting conditions,
in case of the angular version.
