Standard diameters from 8 to 30 inches; index stations from 2 to 24.
Low profile design:
4-3/8" to 5-1/4" high.
Guaranteed accuracy ± .001"
at the outer edge.
Index times as fast as 1/2 second.
Install in any position -- horizontal, vertical, angular or inverted; CW/CCW.

Air Motor Side Drive

Side drive index tables feature an internal drive train which eliminates the need for outside gear boxes, etc. Thus, PDC's low-profile design is preserved for greater ease of mounting and installation.

Electric Direct Drive

P.D.C. direct drive index tables use an A.C. brake motor direct-coupled to a helical gear reducer, which is direct-coupled to the indexer's drive wheel mechanism.

This gear reducer transmits power efficiently, resulting in lower H.P. requirements.

This design offers a low maintenance, smooth and quiet operation. It also enables the index table to be completely sealed at the machine base - shielding the motor from coolants and other harmful substances.
